Hi, I'm Cass
I’m a Functional Nutritionist specialising in helping women overcome fatigue, bloating, energy crashes, and hormonal imbalances. Whether you're struggling with gut health, nervous system support, or want to age well from the inside out, my goal is to help you feel vibrant, energised, and in tune with your body.

I've spent that last 10 years working in allied health as an Occupational Therapist, but throughout my mid to late 20’s, I didn’t fully understand what my own body was trying to tell me. No matter how much I knew about health, something always felt off. This feeling led me down the path of functional nutrition, and once I discovered the power of food, everything changed.

I’ve felt an undeniable pull toward helping women break free from the exhaustion and overwhelm that comes with not knowing what their bodies truly need. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans because your body is unique, and your nutrition should be too. My approach looks at the full picture, including food, lifestyle, and environment, to bring your body back into balance in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
